SHORTLY ABOUT TRAINER:
I spent a lot of time training my self and others, and I not only believe in what I do, but also practice what I preach. I focus on client targets. The main goal is to help our clients to achieve the target they always have wished for, but haven’t been motivated to do so yet. Personal Training for me is not about showing what to do, it’s about educating on ways to train their body and find the training methods that work for them. I am flexible person and we can arrange training sessions at any park or at clients place. Fitness isn’t a short-term transformation, it’s a long-term lifestyle!
